Store Policies

• Payment options include us charging the credit card you have on file in your FACTS account, or payment by cash or check to the front office.

• If choosing to pay by FACTS, please note that your order will show up as an "incidental" charge. 

• If paying by cash or check, you have 24 hours after your order is placed to bring your payment. If you are unable to complete the payment within that time frame, your order will be returned into our inventory. 

• To be eligible for an even exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. Please notify us within 48 hours after your order fulfillment if you need an exchange. 

• All sales are final. No refunds are available at this time.
